Stance Mirror Tour — User Guide
The Stance Mirror Tour gives you a personalised, repeatable setup and a stroke-training tool in one system. The base mirror and first top mirror are fitted around your own perception, so you can return to your best address position every time. The second top mirror uses a putting template matched to your motion, giving you live feedback on how the putter travels through the stroke.
Getting fitted
- Download the measuring map and follow the perception test to find the address position where you see a true straight line.
- Work through your eye position, posture and stance width until your setup looks and feels right.
- Mark your foot position so your fitted setup can be built into the base mirror.
- Choose your top mirror options — the alignment lines, template and hole locations that best suit your eyes and stroke.
Not sure you have got it right? Send us your measurements before you order and we will check them for you.
Setting up to practise
- Place the base mirror flat on the putting surface, pointing at your target.
- Add the alignment top mirror so the lines run along your target line, or the template top mirror when working on your stroke.
- Set your feet to the marked positions and settle into your address.
- Check your setup, then work through your stroke against the template.
- Use the Aim Bar to test your perception and for feedback on start line.
Three ways to practise
Repeat your setup
Take your stance to the marked foot positions and settle in using the alignment top mirror. The aim is to arrive at the same address position every time, without thinking about it. Repeat this until stepping into your fitted setup feels automatic, so you can recreate it on the course without the mirror.
Train your stroke
Switch to the template top mirror and roll putts, staying aware of how your putter travels back and through. Use the template matched to your motion to refine your natural arc and monitor face rotation. Use the mirror as your reference rather than your feel, and keep working until the correct motion starts to look and feel normal.
Start line feedback
Hit short putts and watch if the ball rolls straight down the line. If it does, your setup, face and path are matching your aim. If it drifts either way, you have instant feedback that something in your setup or stroke needs adjusting.
Tips
- Start with short putts and only increase the length once your start line is consistent.
- Trust the mirror, not your feel. The template shows what your putter is really doing, even when it feels different.
- A few focused minutes each session beats long practice without purpose.
- Use the alignment mirror for a quick setup check before a round, then step onto the course with the same position in mind.
