Where the Aim Bar fits in

The perception test that fits a Stance Mirror to you is done with the Aim Bar — it is the reference the whole fitting is built around. It also works perfectly well on its own.

Works on its own or with any Stance Mirror — it slots straight into every mirror in the series.

UK delivery £11.99. Europe from £20, rest of world £40.

The Aim Bar is a simple but effective putting training aid that helps golfers master one of the most overlooked skills in the game, the ability to genuinely see a straight line.

A lot of putts are missed before the stroke even begins, through misalignment the golfer cannot see. The Aim Bar closes the gap between visual perception and reality, training your eyes to see straight so you can trust what you are looking at and start every putt on line.

Use the Aim Bar to:

- Test and train your perception of a true straight line

- Check and correct your putter face alignment at address

- Get instant feedback on whether you are starting the ball down your target line

- Build confidence and consistency on short and mid-range putts

It slots seamlessly into any putting mirror from the Stance Mirror Series, or works just as well as a stand-alone aid on any practice green or indoor putting surface. Compact, durable, and easy to pack in your golf bag, the Aim Bar is a natural addition to any serious golfer's practice routine.

Pair it with the Stance Mirror Pro and Stance Mirror Tour to help determine your best set-up position, based on your own individual perception.

Three ways to practise

Perception check

Settle into your setup and look along the Aim Bar toward the target. If the line does not look perfectly straight, that is a visual bias — and it is what causes the putter face to be aimed poorly.

Face alignment

Set up to a ball at the end of the bar and match your putter face to the line. A face that feels square often is not, so use the Aim Bar as your reference rather than your feel.

Start line feedback

Hit short putts along the bar and watch how the ball comes off it. Straight down the line means your face and path are matching your aim.

FAQs

Questions we get asked

Do I need a Stance Mirror to use it?

No. The Aim Bar works on its own on any practice green or indoor surface, and it also slots straight into every mirror in the Stance Mirror Series.

What do I actually do with it?

Three things: check whether a genuinely straight line looks straight to you from your address position, square your putter face against a true reference rather than your feel, and watch your start line on short putts. The Aim Bar user guide takes each one in turn.

Is there anything to measure or set up?

Nothing. It is one size, ready to use out of the bag, and needs no fitting. If you go on to order a Stance Mirror, the Aim Bar is what the perception test is done with — but that is a separate purchase and a separate process.
