Questions we get asked
How do I take my measurements?
Download the measuring map above, print it at 100% and assemble it. Take your normal address position over it and mark the inside corner of each big toe. Read the letter and number off the grid for each foot and enter them in the fields above. The measuring guide walks through it with pictures.
What if I get the measurements wrong?
Email them to enquiries@smartmonkeygolf.com before you order and we will check them for you. We also look at every set before anything is cut — if something looks wrong we come back to you rather than making it.
How long will it take to arrive?
Every mirror is made to order and dispatched within 72 hours. UK delivery is £11.99, Europe from £20 and the rest of the world £40, calculated at checkout.
Is it available left-handed?
Yes — choose right or left hand above. Handedness is built into the mirror and cannot be changed once it is made, so please check your selection before adding to cart.
Which top mirrors fit my base?
Every top mirror in the range fits every base. The base is the part made for you, so you can add the Tour's putting template top later without re-fitting or buying a second mirror.
Can I return a made-to-measure mirror?
Because your mirror is cut to your own measurements and printed with your name, it is made to your specification and the 14-day right to cancel does not apply. Your statutory rights are unaffected — if it arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you have a 30-day right to reject. See our returns policy.
